Why is this skill important?
Plasterers work on both inside and outside surfaces, often creating metal frames and installing plasterboard to create drywalls before applying the final plaster surface.
You will know how to interpret plans using a range of materials and be able to work on projects that include curved surface, windows and doors and will sometimes require decorative molding skills.
Plasterers are typically employed as sub-contractors for work on both domestic and commercial projects and heritage sites, so you will also need to take responsibility for personal taxation and other earnings related rules.
